4 Point Inspections
The 4 Point Inspection is a "condition" inspection of the following four systems:
Roof System, Electrical system, HVAC System (Heat, Ventilation & Air Conditioning) and Plumbing system.

The Insurance companies are looking for these four areas to be in generally good working condition and able to fulfill their intended function. On older homes the insurance companies want to see that the systems have been updated at some point in time since the original installation. They are generally looking for these systems to have been updated to current standards and that there are no obvious defects or hazards at the time of inspection.
